Town of Duck Police Department Public Safety Initiative

Connect Duck is a public safety program operated by the Town of Duck Police Department enabling Georgetown Sands homeowners, residents, and businesses to collaborate with local law enforcement to keep Duck safe.

Key Services & Information

Level 1 (Camera Registration): Register exterior cameras (Ring, Nest, etc.) so investigators know camera locations if an incident occurs nearby
Registration is fast, free, and does NOT give police access to your live stream (officers only contact you if footage is needed)
Level 2 (Camera Integration): Optional direct feed integration for heightened emergency response
Strengthens crime prevention and neighborhood safety throughout the Duck village
Direct connection to Duck Police Department community resources
